Ok, game crashing before it even starts up

getting this in the launcher. I dont have compatibility enabled in the bot, i'm on default.

i'm assuming this is whats crashing me. Bare in mind, i just re installed minion post 3.2, and its using all default settings.

I have ZERO antivirus, no 3rd party anything. I do have nvidea experiance, not sure if thats affecting, but i can uninstall.

Any thoughts on the "using compatibility mode"?
